Privacy
This notice explains how Decimal handles information submitted through its public website, access-request form, and contact paths. It does not cover a card, credit, procurement, or authenticated product service; any service made available will include the notices that apply to it.
Last updated July 13, 2026.
Scope of this notice
This website supports product-access and contact conversations. It does not perform identity or business verification, connect to a financial account, run underwriting, or accept a card or credit application.
Information you provide
The access form may collect your name, work email, optional phone, preferred contact method, company, role, trade or trades, operating area, coarse team and purchase ranges, current payment methods, optional job and accounting systems, workflow context, supplier-terms context, product interests, referral source, and consent choices. Contact requests may also include a topic and message.
Optional text fields are limited in length. The public forms do not accept file uploads.
How Decimal uses this information
Decimal uses submitted information to review product fit, understand your operating context, respond to access and availability questions, route partnership or support inquiries, honor your communication choices, protect the service, and maintain reliable submission and audit records.
A person reviews access requests. The website does not make a financial-product eligibility decision or initiate KYB, KYC, underwriting, or a credit pull.
Hosting and storage
The public website is delivered through Vercel. Submitted access and contact requests are sent to a Decimal service hosted on Railway and stored in PostgreSQL on Railway. Vercel and Railway process request and technical data as service providers that host, transmit, secure, and store the website and its intake flow.
A submission may also create an opaque reference, consent record, duplicate-protection record, routing status, and limited technical or audit data needed to operate and secure the intake flow.
Information not to submit
Do not submit tax IDs, bank details, card numbers, identity documents, statements, receipts, customer or job names, employee details, financial account information, or other sensitive financial or personal records through this website.
Site and acquisition data
Decimal may record limited page and action data, submission state, closed referral categories, and coarse campaign classifications to understand how the website is used. This data is designed not to include form-field values, unrestricted query values, financial data, identity documents, receipts, or customer and job names.
Browser storage
Form values are kept in the current page while it is open. The public intake flow is designed not to place those values in URLs, marketing analytics, localStorage, sessionStorage, IndexedDB, Cache Storage, or a service-worker queue.
After Decimal accepts a request, the site stores only its opaque receipt reference and request type in sessionStorage for the current browser tab. This carries the reference to the confirmation and status pages; it does not contain your form answers. Closing the tab normally clears it. If browser storage is unavailable, the accepted reference stays visible on the submitting page so you can copy it instead.
Retention, correction, and deletion
Access and contact requests are scheduled for deletion 90 days after submission. Decimal may delete them earlier after a verified request. Limited technical, security, or audit records may be retained longer when reasonably necessary to maintain the service, honor communication choices, protect against abuse, or meet applicable obligations.
You may ask to correct or delete submitted information, withdraw an access request, or change an optional communication choice through the Contact page. Decimal may request enough information to verify and act on the request.
Security
Decimal uses administrative and technical safeguards intended to protect the public intake flow and limits the form to information needed for access and contact conversations. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, so please follow the restrictions above.
Changes to this notice
Decimal may update this notice when the website, intake flow, service providers, or handling practices change. The current version and its updated date will be published on this page.
